Review: My Beauty Diary Face masks
OK Ladies, this is not only my first review, but also my first blog.... so here goes nothing.......
I've heard of these masks from a few beauty gurus on You Tube. In need of a facial mask myself I decided to track them down and try them out. So began my quest. I first began of course on the World Wide Web. I found sites like sasa.com http://www.sasa.com/SasaWeb/eng/product/viewProductDetail.jspa?itemno=103479202019
and of course Amazon

my problem was..... I'm incredibly impatient. So I headed down to China town. After a day of searching i came up empty handed. Then I remembered my father telling me about an Asian supermarket he had been to called TandT http://www.tnt-supermarket.com/en/ . I decided it was worth a try. I walked in and was accosted by a women trying to get me to sign up for a MasterCard. After i successfully declined i started my search. After hitting up the snack aisle i came across the beauty aisle. There before me was about 15 different types of My Beauty Diary facial masks. Not knowing where to start i started with the prettiest boxes, which were the Strawberry yogurt and Black Pearl.

I was very excited to see that they were on sale. Regular price was $15.99 (or close to that) but they were on sale for $12.99 for a box of ten. Excited with my new purchase i ran home. (Well, i didn't run i had my father drive me). Once home i quickly washed and toned my face I ripped into the Black pearl mask. As i pulled the mask out of its individual foil wrapper i was pleasantly surprised as to how wet the mask was, i mean it was DRIPPING wet. I slapped the sucker on. Immediately i realised that the eye and mouth holes were a little too small but with a little tear that was fixed. I crawled into my bed put on Keeping Up With The Kardashians and relaxed. After waiting 30 min I peeled off the mask. To my disbelief the mask was still wet. I patted the left over "essence" into my face. Once my skin had soaked up all those great nutrients i took a look in the mirror. My skin was bright, plump and supple. I fell in love, with the mask, not my face.
I have continued using these masks twice a week for the last two months. I picked up the Aloe and Crush Pearl masks and alternate using all four. I recommend these masks to anybody who feels their skin needs a boost. On the negative side the only bad thing i can say is there is no English on the box, so finding the right one for you can prove hard. Lucky for m the second time i went to purchase them there were two girls looking at them and i asked them to translate. While in that moment i knew what i was getting i cannot for the life of me remember what each one is for. On the plus side, my husband is totally creeped out by how the masks looks while i wear it, so i actually get 30 mins of uninterrupted peace twice a week.
Me in my Aloe mask.
